The Hamilton County Public Defender’s Office was established to provide legal representation to qualifying individuals who are charged with crimes in the county. The office has recently expanded to cover representation in Hamilton County Family Court. The office is comprised of experienced attorneys with substantial background and experience in the criminal justice system as well as family court.
